Anyone know why we see some of the ghosts the way they died and others not. Like, shouldn’t Tate be full of bullet holes?

(*Edit -  So, if you don’t know then people don’t see you the way you died? Then why is it Moira has a weird eye instead of missing an eye, plus the fact she’s old? I missed a few episodes, I’m confused.)

I’m not surprised Tate is the daddy either. But I am more confused now.
